Official Giveaway Rules

1. Sponsor

Each giveaway is sponsored and administered by Anchored Growth Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Questions: hello@anchoredgrowth.co. Where a prize is provided by or tied to another business or organization, that party is a prize or event partner only and is not responsible for administering the giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise, entry is open to legal residents of Colorado who are at least 18 at the time of entry. Our members, employees, contractors, and the people who live in their households are not eligible. Every giveaway is subject to applicable law and void where prohibited. A prize tied to a dated event is open only to entrants able to attend on the stated date.

3. How to enter

Entry method and window are stated above and in the giveaway post. Unless stated otherwise:

• entry is by following our Facebook Page and commenting on the original giveaway post
• limit one entry per person
• comments on shared or copied posts do not count
• no tag, share, or repost is required and none will improve your chances
• duplicate, automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or late entries may be disqualified

A Facebook account and internet access are required. No purchase is required.

4. Winner selection and odds

One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries after the window closes, unless a different number is stated. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner must meet every eligibility condition at selection, including following the Page.

5. Notification and acceptance

The winner is contacted only through the official Anchored Growth Consulting Facebook Page, on or about the drawing date. The winner must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and, for an event prize, ability to attend. If they don’t respond in time, decline, or are ineligible, we may draw an alternate at random.

We will never ask for payment, card details, a fee, or a link click to release a prize.

6. Prize

Described above. A prize has no cash value, can’t be transferred before acceptance, and can’t be substituted by the winner. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Anything not expressly included, including transportation and parking, is the winner’s responsibility. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.

7. Prize delivery

We arrange delivery after acceptance and may ask for the minimum contact information needed, used only to administer and fulfill the giveaway.

8. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these rules and to our decisions, which are final. We may disqualify anyone who tampers with entry, uses multiple or false accounts, or violates these rules. We may cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical failure, event cancellation, or another cause beyond our reasonable control affects its fair operation.

9. Release

By entering, you release Meta Platforms, Inc., Anchored Growth Consulting LLC, any prize or event partner, and their representatives from any claim arising from your entry or the acceptance or use of a prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Not affiliated with Meta

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta or Facebook. You are providing your information to Anchored Growth Consulting, not to Meta or Facebook.

11. Privacy

We use visible entry information only to run the giveaway. Private contact information from a winner is used only to confirm eligibility and deliver the prize, unless the winner agrees otherwise. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Winner announcement

After a winner accepts, we may announce them using first name and last initial. A winner may decline public naming without giving up the prize.
