Privacy Policy
Effective October 6, 2026
This policy is in final review with counsel and may change without notice until that review is complete.
Anchored Growth Consulting LLC (“we,” “us”) provides consulting services to local small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, business type, and whatever you write in your message. We also use cookies and similar technology — through Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, and HubSpot — to understand how visitors use this site, to measure how our ads perform, and to manage relationships with leads and clients; details are below. If you book and pay for a Quick Consult, we also receive your payment details as described below. The embedded scheduling tool described later on this page is operated by Google. It loads when you click to open it, or right away on our Quick Consult booking page, and may set its own cookies once it loads.
Cookies, analytics & advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site — which pages get viewed, how long people stay, and what device or browser they're using. We've also enabled Google Signals, which lets Google link this data across your devices if you're signed into a Google account, and use it for Google's own advertising purposes, including showing you (or people who resemble our visitors) ads for Anchored Growth elsewhere — sometimes called remarketing.
We also use the Meta Pixel, which shares information about your visit — like pages viewed and actions you take, such as submitting the contact form — with Meta (Facebook/Instagram). When you pay for a booking, our server also sends Meta a record of the purchase (the amount, plus your email, name, phone, and ZIP code in hashed, unreadable form) so Meta can tell whether our ads led to it. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show ads to people who've visited this site or who resemble our visitors.
We also use HubSpot as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, to manage leads and clients. Contact form submissions may be added there so we can follow up. HubSpot may also place its own cookies on this site — for example, to recognize a repeat visitor as a known lead or to track whether an email we sent was opened — whether or not you've submitted the form.
Google, Meta, and HubSpot may each combine what they collect here with other information they already have about you, under their own privacy policies, not ours: Google's Privacy Policy, Meta's Privacy Policy, and HubSpot's Privacy Policy. See “Your choices” below for how to opt out.
How we use it
We use contact form submissions to reply to your inquiry and to keep track of the conversation if it turns into a client relationship. Submitting the form sends an email directly to our inbox, and the details may also be added to our CRM (HubSpot) so we can follow up and keep our own records straight. We don't send newsletters or marketing emails, and we won't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Booking a call
The “Book a call” option on this site opens a Google Calendar scheduling page in an embedded window. When you book a time, you're interacting directly with Google's scheduling tool and providing information (like your name, email, and the details you enter) to Google, governed by Google's privacy policy. We receive your booking details as the calendar owner, but the scheduling page itself is operated by Google, not us.
Paid bookings, like the Quick Consult, are processed by Stripe through Google's scheduling tool. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the payment (your name, email, amount, and billing details you provide), governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Service providers
We use Resend, an email delivery service, to send contact form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes the contents of your submission solely to deliver that email. Our site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and reliability. Apart from the providers named in this policy — including Google, Meta, and HubSpot, described above — we don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions live in our email inbox and CRM for as long as is useful to the conversation. If you become a client, we retain what's reasonably needed for the engagement. If you don't, we periodically clear out old inquiries rather than keeping them indefinitely. Analytics and advertising data held by Google and Meta is retained under their own schedules, not ours — typically well under two years.
Your choices
If you'd like us to delete a message you've sent us, or want to know what we have on file, email us at hello@anchoredgrowth.co and we'll take care of it. We're a small, direct operation — this isn't a formal request process, just ask.
To limit analytics and ad tracking, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust your ad preferences at Google Ads Settings, or manage Meta's ad preferences at Meta Ad Preferences. Blocking cookies in your browser, or using a privacy-focused browser extension, will also limit these.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes — for example, if we add or change an analytics, advertising, or CRM tool — we'll update this page and the effective date above.
