1. Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Anchored Growth Consulting LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Anchored Growth,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is for

This site describes the consulting services we offer, explains how we work, and gives you a way to contact us or schedule a call. That is its entire purpose.

3. What this site is not

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice.

Anchored Growth is an operations consulting practice. We are not attorneys, accountants, tax preparers, financial advisors, or insurance brokers, and we are not licensed to practice in any of those professions. When we identify a gap in one of those areas during a client engagement, we name it in writing and refer the client to an appropriately licensed professional. We do not advise on those matters ourselves, and nothing published here should be read as us doing so.

Information on this site is general. It is not tailored to your business, your circumstances, or your jurisdiction, and you should not act on it as though it were.

4. Using this site does not make you a client

Reading this site, submitting the contact form, or booking a call does not create a consulting relationship between us. A client relationship begins only when both parties have signed a written services agreement. Until that happens, no engagement exists.

5. Acceptable use

You may view this site, and print or save pages for your own reference.

You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with its operation
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system
• scrape, harvest, or automatically extract content from the site
• copy, republish, or redistribute site content as your own, or use it to build a competing offering
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the site

6. Our content and intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Anchored Growth or is used with permission. This includes the text, layout, design, graphics, photographs, the Anchored Growth Consulting name and logo, and any articles, guides, checklists, templates, or other materials we publish or make available for download.

You may read and reference this content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If we make a resource available for free download, you may use it inside your own business. That permission does not extend to reselling it, distributing it to others, or presenting it as your own work.

7. Anything you send us

If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, you keep ownership of what you send. You are giving us permission to read it, store it, and respond to it.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive business information through the contact form or by unencrypted email before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Information sent to us before that point is not treated as confidential, and we cannot guarantee its security in transit.

8. Third-party services and links

Scheduling on this site is handled by Google Calendar's appointment scheduling tool, embedded on this site. When you book a call, you are providing information directly to Google under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

This site also uses analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) and a CRM (HubSpot) to understand site usage and manage client relationships; our Privacy Policy explains what each one does.

This site may link to other websites. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Site availability

We make no promise that this site will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Anchored Growth and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of this site will not exceed the amount you paid to access this site, which is zero.

This section applies to your use of the website. It does not govern liability under a signed services agreement, which has its own terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchored Growth and its owner from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the City and County of Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site, and they do not replace or modify any separately signed services agreement.
